Law360 (May 1, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On Friday, April 29, 2005, the Federal Circuit vacated a denial of Gillette’s motion for preliminary injunction against Energizer's “QUATTRO®” razor. Gillette’s U.S. Patent No. 6,212,777 patent (“the ‘777 patent”) is directed not just to providing a razor having multiple blades, but to progressively varying the exposure and spacing parameters of the blades so as to overcome drag forces produced by multi-blade razors.
