Reed Smith Wants Other Firms To Pony Up In Trademark Spat

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 7:41 PM EDT) -- Reed Smith LLP told a New York state court Thursday that three other law firms should also be on the hook for a potentially $100 million judgment over alleged legal malpractice around the licensing of the trademark "Belvedere" vodka.
