Novartis, Lilly Rebut Indian Lawmakers' Collusion Claims

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 10:28 PM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical giants Novartis AG and Eli Lilly & Co. on Thursday fired back at a report issued by Indian legislators accusing the country's drug regulator of colluding with several pharmaceutical companies to approve drugs that had not been tested in India.
