Chevron Alleges Obstruction Of Justice In Ecuador

Law360 (September 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After an Ecuadorean judge was denied entry into a lab for the eighth time, Chevron Corp. on Friday accused the plaintiffs of trying to obstruct justice in a lawsuit alleging the oil company dumped toxic waste into the Amazon rain forest.
