Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A recent Seventh Circuit decision nixing wage claims against U.S. Steel Corp. marks a big win for employers not only because the court found unpaid activities did not start the workday, but also because it refused to heed the U.S. Department of Labor's shifting position on the issue, attorneys say.
