Ark. Statute Trumps Insurance Claim Window, 8th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 5:23 PM EDT) -- The terms of an insurance policy cannot shorten Arkansas' five-year statute of limitations for bringing breach of contract actions, the Eighth Circuit ruled Friday in a published decision that a plaintiff's attorney hailed as a major win for consumers.
