Whistleblower Suit To Proceed Against Alterra

Law360, New York (September 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Alterra Healthcare Corp., a provider of assisted living residences, has lost a bid for summary judgment in a whistleblower suit brought by a former employee who claims she was terminated weeks after making a complaint to a state agency.
