Williams Mullen Ducks Malpractice Suit In Trade Secrets Row

Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 1:37 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Thursday tossed a legal malpractice suit against Williams Mullen Clark & Dobbins PC, ruling that the law firm did not violate a duty to client Zee Co. Inc. by not disclosing part of settlement negotiations during a suit alleging ex-employees stole trade secrets.
