Chinese, Indian Airlines Must Hand Over Emissions Data: EU

Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 1:35 PM EDT) -- The European Union’s climate change chief said Tuesday that 10 Chinese and Indian airlines fail to comply with regulations requiring them to submit greenhouse gas data as part of the Emissions Trading System, and gave them a month to turn in their results.
