Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 9:29 PM EDT) -- The impending collapse of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP could present rival firms with opportunities to expand their geographic scope and take on new clients left rattled by the tumult at the struggling firm, according to industry experts.

With Dewey on its way out, firms may be able to capitalize on the market distortion and reel in new clients who are likely taking the time to re-evaluate where they should allocate their outside counsel budget, experts said.
