Renewable Energy Cos. End $129M Solar Project Sale Row

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 3:47 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday dismissed Commercial Solar Power Inc.'s suit alleging ESA Renewables LLC reneged on selling the California renewable energy developer a $129 million solar project in Puerto Rico, after the parties agreed to settle.

The two companies decided to bear their own attorneys' fees and voluntarily close the nearly month-old suit, according to U.S. District Judge Gregory A. Presnell's order.
