Axed FedEx Lawyer Continues Fee Crusade

Law360, New York (September 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A fired plaintiffs attorney who worked on employment discrimination cases brought against Federal Express Corp. has lashed out at a special master's ruling that denied her bids for attorneys' fees, saying the decision "misapplied the law."
