IBM Demands Sanctions For CEO No-Show In Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 5:11 PM EDT) -- IBM Corp. asked a Florida federal judge on Wednesday to sanction QSGI Inc. for its CEO's failure to show up at a scheduled deposition in QSGI's suit alleging that IBM created a monopoly that drove the mainframe reseller into bankruptcy.
