Ill. Union Can Appeal NRG Unit's Coverage Suit, Judge Says

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday refused to grant a new trial in an NRG Energy Inc. subsidiary's coverage suit against Illinois Union Insurance Co., but did grant the insurer's alternative request that it be certified for an interlocutory appeal.
