Fed. Circ. Overreached In Motorola IP Row, Memorylink Says

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 3:55 PM EDT) -- Memorylink Corp. has challenged the Federal Circuit's decision to toss claims that Motorola Inc. committed legal malpractice by taking credit for inventions that weren't its own, telling the U.S. Supreme Court the court overstepped its bounds by ruling on Illinois state law claims.
