Carrefour Antitrust Fine Upheld In Polish Court

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 1:50 PM EDT) -- A Polish court on Thursday tossed Carrefour SA's appeal of a 542,000 zloty ($158,000) fine leveled by Poland's competition watchdog over the company's failure to meet a deadline to sell two shopping centers in exchange for antitrust clearance of its takeover of a rival.
