United Air Lines Can't Ground Cargo Pricing Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 9:46 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday declined to throw out DPWN Holdings USA Inc.'s antitrust suit against United Air Lines Inc. over air cargo surcharges, finding, among other things, that the suit was not time-barred.
