Adidas Loses Injunction Bid As Herbalife Logo Battle Ends

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 1:42 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal judge entered judgment in Adidas AG's favor Friday on its claim that Herbalife International Inc. breached a prior settlement agreement in a dispute over Herbalife's tri-leaf logo, but said that Adidas wasn't entitled to a permanent injunction.
