GOP Sens. Blast FDA Over Reviewers' Accountability

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 1:51 PM EDT) -- Two Republican senators on Monday ripped the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for not adequately holding employees accountable for not timely reviewing drug and medical device applications as part of the agency's user fee programs, citing a Government Accountability Office report that was released last week.
