Fed. Circ. Will Hear Insurer's Appeal Of $6M CIT Order

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday said it would lift a stay in order to hear Great American Insurance Co.'s appeal of a U.S. Court of International Trade decision ordering the insurer to pay the government over $6 million for bonds it issued to secure anti-dumping duties on crawfish meat imported from China.
