Bayer, Others To Pay $15M To Clean Up Himco Site

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed consent decree entered on Friday has ended three decades of wrangling between state and federal regulators and 31 companies, including Bayer Healthcare LLC and Himco Waste-Away Service Inc., over an Indiana Superfund site that allegedly became a toxic brew.
