Cantor Wants June House Vote On Health Accounts OTC Ban

Law360, New York (May 25, 2012, 4:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. House of Representatives' No. 2 Republican wants the GOP-controlled chamber to vote on repealing the ban on using tax-exempt medical savings accounts to buy over-the-counter medications, mandated by the health care reform law, as early as the first week in June, according to a Friday memo.
