Denial of Protective Order Affirmed In Cintas Case

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge rejected on Monday the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's objections to an order that denied the agency's bid for a protective order in a proposed class action gender discrimination suit against uniform maker Cintas Corp.
