Physicians Asks CMS To Delay Dual Eligible Savings Plan

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The Alliance of Specialty Medicine on Thursday asked the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to delay an initiative meant to eliminate duplicative costs for people who are eligible for both programs, saying it could interfere with their access to proper care.
