Court Stays eBay, MercExchange Patent Suit

Law360 (May 16, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has granted eBay’s petition to stay a closely watched patent lawsuit brought by MercExchange, stopping the case from going back to the district court until the Supreme Court rules on eBay's request to hear the case.
