FirstEnergy Coal Plant Site Leaking Waste, Green Groups Claim

Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups in Pennsylvania and West Virginia on Wednesday filed a notice of intent to seek litigation against Ohio energy company FirstEnergy Corp. over alleged pollution emissions from an impoundment site for the company's Bruce Mansfield coal plant in Pennsylvania.
