Abbott, Feds Sound Off On AWP Ruling

Law360 (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Both Abbott Laboratories and the U.S. government have objected to a magistrate judge's order regarding the disclosure of contested documents in the average wholesale price litigation.
