Abbott, Feds Sound Off On AWP Ruling

Law360, New York (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Both Abbott Laboratories and the U.S. government have objected to a magistrate judge's order regarding the disclosure of contested documents in the average wholesale price litigation.

Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts denied Abbott's motion to compel document disclosure in August.
