Hong Kong Antitrust Bill Clears Key Legislative Hurdle

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The core of Hong Kong's competition bill cleared a key hurdle Wednesday, but a number of changes made to the legislation over the last several months still await legislative approval as the measure to create the Chinese region's first antitrust enforcer heads for a final vote as early as Thursday.
