FERC Told Alaska Hydro Plant Needs Better Impact Study

Law360, New York (June 1, 2012, 2:36 PM EDT) -- A slew of conservation groups have sharply criticized regulators' review of the Alaska Energy Authority's proposed 600-megawatt Susitna-Watana hydroelectric dam project, imploring it to launch an exhaustive environmental assessment instead of falling back on incomplete data they said could skew the facts.
