Kuehne & Nagel Loses Bid To Toss NZ Cartel Claims

Law360, New York (June 1, 2012, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A New Zealand appeals court ruled Thursday that the country's competition regulator could pursue its price-fixing allegations against Switzerland-based shipping logistics company Kuehne & Nagel International AG, confirming global companies can be held liable for the actions of their local units.
