Law360, New York (June 1, 2012, 8:22 PM EDT) -- A Missouri appeals court recently revived a woman's claims that she was illegally fired for requesting time off to donate a kidney, citing a broad exception to at-will employment in the state for employees taking actions encouraged by public policy that attorneys say could leave employers vulnerable to novel claims.
