HHS Inches Closer To Defining Essential Health Benefits

Law360, New York (June 1, 2012, 5:30 PM EDT) -- Federal health regulators on Friday moved to further clarify the “essential health benefits” that must be covered by insurance plans on the health reform law's exchanges, by requiring potential benchmark plans in each state to publicly report the benefits they offer.
