Deferred Prosecution Agreements — UK Edition

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 1:45 PM EDT) -- On May 17, 2012, the U.K. Ministry of Justice opened consultation regarding adopting deferred prosecution agreements to resolve corporate investigations of serious economic crime. The consultation remains open until Aug. 9, 2012, and the MOJ expects to publish the results of the consultation process on Oct. 31, 2012.
