NCR Tells 7th Circ. It's Paid Enough At $1B Superfund Site

Law360, Chicago (June 4, 2012, 3:07 PM EDT) -- NCR Corp. urged the Seventh Circuit to reverse an injunction Monday requiring it to complete roughly $70 million worth of additional cleanup at Wisconsin's Lower Fox River Superfund site, where total remediation will cost about $1 billion, saying it's already cleaned up more than its fair share.
