High Court Refuses Ex-Ala. Governor's Appeal In Bribery Case

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 1:52 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear the appeal of former Ala. Gov. Don Siegelman and HealthSouth Corp. founder Richard Scrushy's bribery convictions, despite a plea by over 100 former attorneys general that the court take up the case.
