High Court Declines Motorola IP Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 1:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to revive a suit alleging that Motorola Inc. committed legal malpractice by patenting inventions that weren't its own, tossing a Memorylink Corp. argument that the Federal Circuit overreached when it ruled on state law claims against Motorola.
