Law360, New York (June 5, 2012, 9:53 PM EDT) -- The British privacy regulator hit a hospital trust with the largest civil monetary penalty in the watchdog's history Friday following a significant patient and staff data breach, a fine that attorneys say should serve as a warning that the regulatory agency will not go lightly on companies that outsource their information management activities.
