Judge Sends Two AWP Cases Home

Law360 (September 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge in the average wholesale price multidistrict litigation has agreed to move suits brought by the states of Nevada and Montana back to the states' federal courts.

In a decision Wednesday, Judge Patti B. Saris of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts said the remaining issues in the two cases largely surround state claims, so the remand was appropriate at this point.
