11th Circ. Asked To Toss Hedge Funds' Antitrust Exemption

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 8:53 PM EDT) -- CompuCredit Holdings Corp. on Tuesday urged the Eleventh Circuit to hold 21 hedge funds liable for allegedly forcing CompuCredit to pay above-market prices to repurchase its long-term convertible notes, saying a lower court ruling on the claims constituted an unwarranted exemption from antitrust law.
