Fed. Circ. Flips Qualcomm Win In Logistics Patent Row

Law360, New York (June 7, 2012, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday revived R&L Carriers Inc.'s allegations that Qualcomm Inc. and others infringed its trucking logistics patent, finding the pleading requirements under Twombly should not have been used to evaluate the plausibility of the transportation company's direct infringement claims.
