Pa. High Court Denies WolfBlock's Appeal In Severance Row

Law360, New York (June 8, 2012, 8:37 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has refused to take up the appeal by defunct law firm WolfBlock LLP asking to force a former equity partner into arbitration over a nearly $400,000 unpaid severance package.

In a short docket entry issued May 31, the state high court denied WolfBlock's petition for allowance of its appeal. The court did not give any reasons for its decision.
