Hospitals Call For Drug Shortage Fines In FDA Bill

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 1:13 PM EDT) -- The American Hospital Association and 19 other groups on Friday weighed in on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration user fee bill, asking lawmakers to slap drugmakers with a fine for failing to comply with the bill's proposed drug shortage provisions.
