FERC Greenlights W.Va. Hydropower Development

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 5:15 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Monday issued a preliminary permit to a Massachusetts clean energy company for a hydropower development at the R.D. Bailey Dam in West Virginia that could produce as much as 30,000 megawatt-hours of energy per year.
