Wash. Groups Rail Against DOT's Approval Of Transit Project

Law360, Chicago (June 13, 2012, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Two Bellevue, Wash., community associations sued the U.S. Department of Transportation on Tuesday, alleging that it improperly greenlighted the construction of a light rail project they say will displace businesses and damage nearby parks.
