UPMC Calls Out Health Care Rivals For Antitrust Plot

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 12:46 PM EDT) -- University of Pittsburgh Medical Center on Tuesday again went on the offensive in its rivals' antitrust suit against the hospital system, alleging insurer Highmark Inc. and its potential acquisition West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc. conspired to monopolize the western Pennsylvania health care market.
