Ariz. County Says Ogletree Billed Atty Hours For Grads

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 4:45 PM EDT) -- Arizona's Maricopa County claimed Monday that Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC billed clients associate attorney rates for recent law school graduates who hadn't passed the bar, launching class action claims in a long and winding battle over $1.1 million in disputed charges.
