Ex-EpsteinBeckerGreen Partner Targeted For Petters Clawback

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 5:28 PM EDT) -- A former EpsteinBeckerGreen and Dreier LLP partner has been targeted in a new Minnesota federal court suit that is part of an effort to claw back more than $2.46 million in fraudulent transfers he was allegedly paid as a consultant for convicted fraudster Tom Petters.
