ITC Won't Review Purported Split Over Safe Harbor Rules

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 5:23 PM EDT) -- There is no split in U.S. International Trade Commission precedent requiring the court to reconsider sanctions against Beacon Navigation GmbH in its withdrawn case accusing Ford Motor Co. and others of infringing a series of global positioning system patents, the ITC said in Wednesday's Federal Register.
