Judge Slams UnitedHealth For Visiting Juror In Coverage Row

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 4:57 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Wednesday chastised UnitedHealth Group Inc. for allegedly sending its representative to the house of a juror in the company’s suit alleging its excess insurers wrongly refused to pay for litigation costs over health claim reimbursements.
