Judge Trims 120 Witnesses From Hess, Lockheed CERCLA Row

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 12:49 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday refused to allow 120 proposed government witnesses to testify in a water pollution suit in the U.S. Virgin Islands against Lockheed Martin Corp. and a pair of Hess Corp. subsidiaries, ruling that the testimony will prejudice the defendants because of late notification.
